We work with trusted suppliers and fulfillment partners from different countries to ensure fast and reliable delivery worldwide. Most orders are shipped directly from our international warehouses.


3. How long will my order take to arrive?

Processing usually takes 1–3 business days.
Shipping times depend on your location:

     - Europe: 7–15 business days

     - United States & Canada: 10–20 business days

     - Other regions: 15–25 business days

You’ll receive a tracking number once your order has been shipped.


4. How can I track my order?

As soon as your order is dispatched, we’ll send you an email with a tracking number and a link to follow your package’s progress online.


5. Can I change or cancel my order?

Yes — if your order hasn’t been processed yet.
Please contact us within 12 hours of placing your order at support@boughtndhappy.com and we’ll do our best to help.
Once the order is shipped, it can no longer be changed or canceled.


6. What payment methods do you accept?

We currently accept PayPal and major credit/debit cards (Visa, MasterCard, etc.).

7. What if I receive a damaged or wrong item?

We’re sorry to hear that!
Please contact us at support@boughtndhappy.com within 7 days of delivery, include photos of the item and packaging, and we’ll arrange a replacement or refund as soon as possible.
